Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please try garments on with care leaving no make-up or other stains.
Please be aware that we will not be able to offer refunds where a garment has been damaged or been worn.
Our refund or exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for return and any feedback you want to give us (it will help us to improve fit, style or service in the future). We will provide return address by replying to your email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging (we send all orders in a returnable box, please simply pack all back in the box and use sticky strip to securely close the box).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When returning your item, please obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost while in transit.
If you are sending an item back for an exchange we will refund your shipping costs for that.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
